Managing Director
Xunao Wang
Xunao founded BCU in 2018 with a vision to build a platform that drives innovation in sustainable infrastructure and engineering solutions. With a strong background in project leadership and technical consulting, he oversees the strategic direction of the company and leads interdisciplinary teams across energy, smart infrastructure, and digital engineering initiatives. Xunao plays a key role in shaping partnerships and ensuring that BCU WORLD remains agile and forward-looking in a dynamic market.
Renewable Energy Specialist
Fadi Geha
Fadi Geha is a veteran in renewable energy and enterprise technology, currently serving as CEO of public listed company Simble. With over 25 years of experience across software development, IT consulting, and M&A, he has held senior roles at SAP Australia and Accenture. He integrates clean tech solutions into practical business environments and brings deep insight into energy digitalization and sustainability. Fadi supports BCU TAS WORLD’s development of future-ready, smart energy systems.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Marcello Pinto
Marcello Pinto is an accomplished financial executive with a strong background in corporate strategy and advisory. Formerly a management consultant at PwC and founder of Ucapital International Pty Ltd, he brings expertise in financial planning, risk management, and capital operations. As CFO of BCU TAS WORLD, he leads the financial governance of the company and supports sustainable growth through robust fiscal strategy and investor alignment.
Principal Engineer
Brendon Wu
Brendon Wu is the Principal Engineer at BCU TAS WORLD, specializing in complex power system design and integrated energy solutions. He leads key projects from initial planning to implementation, including high-demand infrastructure and renewable energy applications. Brendon Wu provides both technical oversight and strategic direction, ensuring alignment between engineering outcomes and broader business goals. He is a central figure in translating innovative concepts into practical solutions.
